Ripoff

This company palisades collection send me a letter saying i owed them 1200 or 1400 dollars and i have no idea why or what for so i looked into it and they said it was for AT&T bill.

Then on 5/4/06 they tryed to bring me to court. I never went and i got a letter saying it was dismissed without prejudice. I went the other day to get a loan and it was on my credit report. I been trying to find out how to get it off cause i really need this loan.

The only way i was able to find there number was though this site. So thank you but anyone have any idea wat i should do? Does anyone think i should try bring them to court?
