I recently obtained my credit report and noticed a claim from Palisades Collection for $551 that I have no idea what it pertains to. It says it was opened in Oct I never opened an account of any kind around that time.
How do I find out how to find and/or contact this place, and why do I only find complaints about this place. How do I get more information re: Palisades Collection and how to rectify this on my credit?
