At&t palisades ripoff ok they got me too illinois

Ok I was a victim of this att/palisades ripoff.

From the start att messed up the account. It was suppose to be in my brothers name. I only paid for the cell phone only. Bbut that wasnt a big problem. Tthe ptoblem was when I received the bill it was not what they had quoted me or my brother. I was back and for on the phone them to get the name right and the bill corrected.

This went on for 3 months when I decided to have the phone shut off until the matter was straightened out. Six months later not only was it not straightened out but know the offer that I originally had, had expired.
So they refused to offer to.

Then I realized this was on my credit report. After more months of going back in forth over the phone I took them to court. I won, but a year later I get a leter from palisades requesting for the money I supposedly owed.

I sent them a copy of the court order and I thought everything was ok. Until now. (2years later) I receive a letter from another collection agency, who receieve my account from palisades, and now palisades is listed on my credit report.
