On Friday September 15 I called Miracle Financing to change my contact information. Miracle Financing is a collection agency for Verizon Wireles... Yes I VERY well understand that I am in debt with Verizon. But they took have screwd me over.

I had no money coming in (preguant and was in a bad situation) and after I called repeatedly to talk to them about it they still continuted to bill me. I just wanted to stop my service for good. (buts that another story). So Miracle Financing has been calling and HARASSING my mom.

So then i called to change my contact infomation. The guy who answered was very pleasent and after i changed my information (so they could get in touch with me), and before i got off the phone, he asked me "well are u gonna pay your bill?" and i explained to him i JUST started working and i want to pay what i owe, and i told him the other day i tried to pay 150 dollars of the 800, and it wouldnt let me pay because i had to pay the whole min. Payment.

Well i thought something was better then nothing. So i told him that and he comes back at me and says WELL DONT CALL HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE SOME F*IN MONEY! Wow i said calmly "excuse me, can i speak to your supervisor" YOUR NOT TALKING TO ANYONE! NOT UNTIL YOU HAVE SOME MONEY... And before i could get his name he hung up on me.

I tried to call back waiting for someone else to pick up and talk to them about what happened but someone kept hanging up on me... Then HE answered... Before i could say anything, "SHANNON STOP CALLING, BYE SHANNON BYE!!!".. I was INFUREATED...

I am an honest person just like all of you and i am a human being... NO ONE should be talked to like that. I Could of just said F it and dont try to pay anything. I think its unfair and people like that should be driving a truck with that mouth...

Dont worry people like this havent heard that last of me yet... When i know im right, IM RIGHT.
