Said i have a case against me that i have to be in court the next morning at 11 am

The first person i spoke with the first thing she said was that she needed to get my attorney information i saidi dont have one then she told me that i had a case against me for taking a payday loan of $300 that i have to pay $800 now to settle it if i dont pay that i wll have a total of $5000 the payday loan was supposedly deposited onto my prepaid debit card i kept trying to explain to her i never recieved anything

Then i asked to speak with another supervisor because i felt like this was a scam she put me on hold another person got on the phone it sounded like the same lady but she was disguiseing her vioce it sounded like she was chinese i could hardly understand what she was saying she was talking so fast then i asked to speak with someone else then an indian speaking man got on i could not even understand what he was saying i was trying to explain to him i never received the money then he started shouting at me saying dont talk to me in that tone of voice

I said i am not i just dont like being scammed i told him i had a police officer out side my door he said let me talk to him i said ok one minute i kept him on hold while he was on hold for awhile he kept saying hello are you there then they kept calling me back the one lady i spoke with called again i pretended i was not there she gave another #n to call which was 8184514025 then a few hours later she called back i answered againg i said i was not in she said she was calling from a law firm the # was 9419618518

When i tried to call back on that # it said this is verizon the # has been either disconnected or changed. When the first lady called she had said she was calling from california my caller id said 813 which is in tampa fl then when i spoke with the second lady i asked if you are calling from california then why does my caller id say 813 she said she is new she doesnt know everything yet i thought that was alittle weird when i let on that i felt that it was a scam they got defensive.
