Hearing aids never fit. Numerous visits to adjust

I took my 92 year old mother in for hearing aids. She was given a hearing test and the representative suggested the model he thought was best, $4500.00 The hearing aids never fit her ears even after numerous trips to have them filed down. My mother could never get them in and when asked why she would say I don't need to hear anyone. Someone would always try to put them in for her but finally she would take them out and one by one she lost them. I went back and told Miracle Ear the situation and he said he would have another one made for her. He knew that situation about the fit and he said he would make something work for her. Of course this costs me $500.00. The same on came in The same problem, couldn't get it to fit. I wrote to consumer affairs and they referred me to another Miracle Ear. We made an appt for her to visit my mothers residence and she tried to say that wax was some of the cause of my mothers hearing problem. I have had wax stop up my ear and I could still hear. The rep did get it in and it kept squealing so she said she would take it back to the store and do something to it and would call me. 3 wks went by before she called. I went in to pick it up and she was very rude told me to sign in and sit down. After a few minutes a patient came in and she rushed out to bring him in and never said another word to me. I left. I've heard so many complaints about Miracle Ear I wish someone would do a class action suit against them.
