MMG Finance ripoff, never refunded my money

MMG Finance, Miracle management group was supposed to negotiate our debt. When the creditors did not stop calling us and also started to bring legal action on us and miracle management did nothing we asked for our money to be refunded.
They sent us the paperwork to get out of the program in March and we were to get our refund within 6 to 8 weeks. Well it is now the end of August and nothing.
They have stop answering the phone and will not answer faxes, e-mails, or voice mails. They owe us $5200.00 and boy do we need it.
