I try to use this sevice and send a bill payment to Philippines, it takes them three days to send me an e-mail and say they cancel my request because they cant reach me by telephone. Now I dont have bill payed, the money isnt returned to my account, and they have no explanation for me whatsoever! What is the point of using the online service and going through all the security measures if they want to talk to me anyways? The service took three days to even begin, and the process was confusing and didnt work anyways-Now I have my money tied up with this mickey mouse outfit and dont know when I will be credited so that I can pay my bill! I have used Western Union and RIA and the services worked immediately, no hassle, no fuss, just a transaction that worked as they promised it would! I recommend anyone to think twice before using this service in the idea that it will be easy and convenienet!!!
