Prisonlines.com ripped me off they took the payment and never returned the service that i paid for and the told me you must wait 45 days now they dont refund full amount after 45 days they told me to wait till then

This company make you think that they save you money on collect call for jails and once they get your money the service that you think your paying for never works, you have trouble getting back in contact with them it's a answering machine. They say that you can cancel the service and it takes 45 days to get the refund and when the 45 days come around they then tell you that you can't get 9.95 for set up charges which never worked then the minutes you payed for you can only get credit for have of them which i never used none of them because the service never worked. Now they just run off with the whole amount of 31.98 for nothing. They are making millions and we need to stop them by take them to court for a class action suit. The world is already in a crisis so we can't afford to let companies rip us off
