SECURITY the BAD SERVICES ALL AROUND ripoff business that doesnt give a dam

I would like everyone to know about adt. I worked there for a year and a half so i know the tricks of the trade. If you think your services are being monitored by adt you might want to check again. Half the time they are billing you for something that you dont even have.

They dont give a damn about you or your security. Trust me i know. Try setting off your alarm and see how long it takes them to respond.

If you have them cancel, ow wait it is actually impossible to cancel the service. You may send in a letter of cancelation but it isnt being cancelled. They will actually keep billing you and if you dont pay they will send you to a collection agency without you knowing.

If you work there get out now. They fired me for actually chosing my family over thier company. And being that it is nevada a right to work state i cant do a damn thing about it.

If you have a problem you want addressed why dont you call 888-473-3798 and ask for mona valdez or doug brown. See if they get on the phone which they wont. Try it see what happens
