Fraudulent Billing, Arizona, Phoenix A man signed my name to checks that I do not know and now Bank of America gave me a bad credit report for $3000 so I cannot get a school loanl. Phoenix, Arizona

The Bank of America sent my credit cards and convenience checks to the wrong man and he signed my name by the name of Louima Toussaniant and now they refused to give me school loans because of the debt that I did not create. I filed with the police and the postal inspectors and they gave it a case number but still the postal inspector has not sent me the confirmation letter so that the credit agencies will block it from my credit record. The Trans Union is not willing to block it as I had to sue them for debts on my record that were not my judgments but of my father when he was alive. Trans Union is hostile and wants me to sue them again in federal court as I did before before Judge Wolin in the District of new Jersey

P.S. The Bank of America closed the account of my credit card too late than I asked them to do so and say I am legally responsible for the checks that the criminal wrote. They sent me one fraud report and the forged check but then stopped doing it so that the man could be prosecuted. The Bank of America is objecting to giving me the rest of the forged checks so that the man could be prosecuted for signing my name.
