CREDIT CARDS sent no information on the convenience checks they sent which I used and now they are charging me 21% finance charges. Ripoff

Hi,

This is to complain against Bank of America credit cards.

In the past they sent me checks with 0% finance charges which I used a few times. Two months ago, they sent me similar checks to use, but this time, the checks bore a ~21% finance charges with no mention of these charges as well the one time fee they charged to process this check (it was $150 for the $5000 check I wrote).

I spoke with Windy Fuertes the senior authority at the number 1-800-732-9194. She was amazed to find that the checks did not have any menion of "convenience check" on it.in spite of agreeing that it was a mistake to not have put the comment "convenience check" on these checks, she declined to put the charges back to my account. She insisted that they must have sent a letter along with the checks, which in fact they didn't.

I request you to help me from this scam.
