Harrassed, threatened constantly, rude the business that doesn't give a dam

We have been continually harassed by phone by this company, we have been paying on the loan for almost three years and the balance has reduced only 1100.00. We have already paid them over $6000.00.

We are current on the loan, yet we received harassing calls daily. The representatives (most of them) are rude and write in the notes we are uncooperative.

I had to send a letter requesting them to not call and then today when I try and make my payment by phone, they harassed me, wouldn't let me pay and put me on hold. I had to call back and talk to someone else to make my payment.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am very, very tired of being treated like this and it isn't right. We, the peons, the little people, will never win, it will just go on like this and home eq can do what ever they want and treat people how ever they want. IT IS DEPRESSING AND I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE.
