Fairbanks Capital corporation, aka Loan Servicing Center attempting to foreclose with payment being less than 30 days late ripoff business

Fairbanks capital corporation, aka loan servicing center, is attempting to foreclose on my home due to my payment being less than 30 days late. This is the second time that they have attempted to foreclose on my home. Their company representatives have harrassed me at home and at my place of employement even after being told by them not to call anymore. They would call me up to 6-8 times a day.

I have been cussed at, called names and treated like trash by them. They are unwilling to listen or compromise with you. They have refused to send me my payment history or any thing else that I have attempted to have them send me information concerning my account which they refuse.

They have claimed that I have not been paying my late fees which I have and they are clearly stated on the memo part of my check that the additional amount is toward the late fees. I am wondering who else is having problems with this company and what they are doing about it.

They will hold checks mailed to them up to a month before depositing them. Everytime I get a monthly statement from them it never shows any problems. Then suddenly I get this letter from an attorneys office telling me I have 30 days in which to respond before foreclosure procedures begin and I don't have the money to obtain an attorney. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
