Fairbanks Capital Corp, Olympus Sevicing LP, Calmco Servicing LP rip-off mortgage company that changes it's name in order to charge additional fees late charges & threaten forclosure

This all started in 2000. My then mortgage company, sold my loan to Calmco Servicing L.P. That is when the trouble started. They state that I still owed a payment that was made to the old mortgage company.

I showed proof of payment and they still demanded payment, stating that they cannot recoup the old companies last payment. This now put me into a constant late payment mode due to rollover, each and every month.

I tried numerous times to reslove this issue, but to no avail. I faxed, I sent registered mail. Everything to show proof of payment. Then Calmco changed it's name to Olympus Servicing L.P. And tried to forclose on my home stating that I was three months behind.

After the same run around as before with paperwork being faxed and sent. I gave in, and just to make it go away, entered into a loan modification agreement with Olympus. Then I was current for about 6 months.

Now Olympus changed to Fairbanks Capitol Corp. And it's starting all over again. They now say I am three months behind, even though I have all proof of payments, and they are starting the Forclosure process all over again.

I will not back down again. Over the course of two and a half years I have paid over $6000.00 extra so as not to lose my family home. I will not give in to these unfair and obviously illeagal acts of fraud. Who monitors these people, how can we as consumers be protected, when will this stop happening!!!
