Scam artists Ripoff

We too have been harassed by these people. We have been paying and our balance has not once come down. Its all interest. Even when i write the check for principal. And they tried a foreclosure tacktic with us in dec. I had someone who was going to refi us at a very bad rate and they were some kind of loan people where it would not be protected by hud if we missed a payment boom we were out of our home. Anyhow they said the amount was 27000.00 so this guy from the loan company said ok get a total pay out well when i called they told me i still had the original debt of 33640.00 due also. So needless to say we did not refi. They too a lump sum from us they meaning blue view, just to keep them from foreclosing and us to keep running in place with our mort. We only have one income. We have three yr old triplets. Hubby got into a bad car accident and out of work for awhile and these guys got a hold of our loan and has harrassed us since 2004. The latest is i must make my normal payment of 400 per mth or else they will foreclose this account has been flagged for nonpayment. What i pay the 400 on the months i can otherwise i send 200. Also they told me they can foreclose in month on my home. Now i live in new jersey i believe the laws on this is where the loan applicant lives where you would file forecloser which could take some months. These guys are jerks i would like to be rid of them. But they dont make it easy. They say they will take short sale but when it came time to give an amount they sent nothing definite. I cant afford a lawyer is there anyone who can help.
