Ripoff, holding valid check, been honored

Something really needs to be done about BofA! I deposited a thirdparty Unemployment check for $900. Customer Service told me that the check was verified and all funds were being made available immediately. (4 days later). After being told that, I withdrew the full amount.

One week later my account was -$967.00. The check is now being held in one of the banks departments. I was told that it was unstamped and uncashed. It would be released when they recieve a letterhead and a copy of the cancelled check from unemployment. Unemployment is saying hell no, the check was honored.

Bank of America now wants me to deposit the full amount within 30 days. Is there someone I can contact for help??
