Citibank liars, deceiptful, fraudulent behavior, dishonest, unqualified, cash checks then denied ever recieved them

Our loan was bought by Citimortage in 2005. They sent me a statemewnt that my first payment was not due for another 2 months. Then, they sent me a letter that they made a mistake and that my first payemnt was overdue but it would not be reported to the credit bureau due to it being there fault.

Needless to say, they would get my check, cash it, and send me default letters on our home as well as reporting this to the credit beruaes which has DESTROYED MY CREDIT!

Ever month i would spend 20-30 hours on the phone and faxing them there own letters on thier letterhead that they would not report this to the creditros and they would verbally apologize and state it will be taken off and it never was. They would send me certified letters that my house was going into defaut due to non-payment, only days after they would cash my check!

I have since sold that home and am now paing a higher interest rate due to what they have WRONGLY reported on my credit. The are the worst company ever to deal with. The are totally unethical!
