Will not let me sell my home, charged intrest on loan ripoff

Our nightmare began after making payments to our mortgage company of 2 years. I received a letter from Saxon stating I was two months behind in my mortgage! I was never told that Saxon was my NEW MORTGAGE COMPANY! When we finally spoke to someone about a payment plan, we where to pay 6000.00 dollars up front then 2200.00 dollars evey month.

So I made the first payment of $6000.00, then came the second month I was told that the agreement was not in writing, so it was not in play. So another plan was done by fax, not phone as like before.

This time we started to seek an another avenue out. Because of our late payments Saxon was so nice to ruin my credit score. So I could not find another bank willing to do business with me. Also they slapped a foreclosure notice on my door as well, because I would not deposit another $10,000 plan and a $3000.00 for six months!

Meanwhile I found a buyer for my home, we were all set for closing until the buyout came back from Saxon. Seems they added 45000.00 dollars in interest to the buy out for what reason I have no idea.

As of toady I am two weeks from having my home sold in a sheriff sale! Now I am waiting to hear from my lawyer to see what we can do. I do know if it goes to sale they will not get what we are giving them for the buy out.

I do not feel this company is operating like a mortgage company should. I would be more then willing to start a class action law suit as soon as possible. Also there lawyer fee's are outrageous. This company must be stopped NOW!
