Aka CCA This despicable, deviceful, incorrigable, rifling leeches stole my money from my bank account with a bogus promise

When I called in to CCA and asked to cancel the membership, The rep in customer service was too anxious to tell me, that, if you cancel your membership after membership acceptance, then all fees paid and collected are not REFUNDABLE to you. I told her I do not ACCEPT the conditions of the membership and I have not USED any of your services at all and that I did not SIGN any of the paper work I was sent nor did I SIGN my name to any of the contracts sent to me in the white membership package, I just wanted my $199.00 credited back to my bank account. She said if I wanted to cancel membership, I had to write a letter requesting to have my membership cancelled, but then I still won't qet back the "$199.00."I asked her "WHY NOT" and she said it tells you that in your WELCOME and MEMBERCARD SERVICE DIVISION OF CCACARDHOLDER AGREEMENT (MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS/TERM). What irates me is this, by giving them my banking information and verbally telling the telemarketer what date the funds can be withdrawn is like signing a contract then I am ignorant of the verbal law, if there is such a law, after stating my demand for the $199.00, I was told this by the rep, you did this to your self, you CALLED us first when you got the card/letter in your mailbox, WE did not CALL you on the phone, WE don't make ANY out bound phone CALLS.
