Ripoff Took money and ran, from checking account

First american consulting group was suppose to help with grants starting with a guarentee of $5000.00 and can go up to 60,000.00. A gentleman name David calls you and tells you everything they do and gets your information from your checking account (nov. 15) with a $298.00 down for the processing and paperwork, they give you date when there gonna go into your account to take the money. They then wait 6-8 weeks after (December 23) to send you a goverment booklet for grants to fill out with all your families information and what you want to do with your grant money. They give you a contract number and tell you your approved. Two months later another company northamerican tried to go into my checking account and take money but thankfully it wasnt approved, I called First american to cancel out my order and i wanted my money back but they told me its already being processed (my paperwork) and they found a company for referral of my grant. This company states it is refundable if change of mind. I go to call about everything and the companies phone is disconnected, no way to get through to anyone now, just walked away with 298.00 and all your information..
