Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing money has been taken out of my bank account

My name is Alisha and it has been going on 5 months now that i have been getting the same story over and over again. I have been toled that I I was getting a min. Of 5,000 to as i pleased as long as it was for good use. I said ok I mean we all need money. I was toled the money would be taken out on the 25th of Jan. And if I wanted to cancel call back. Well I did and was then toled it was to late, the money had been taken out of my account and needed to call the bank. I called my bank and was toled no money had been take by this company. This wst on for a week me calling the bank. That is when I discovered it was taken out of my savings account. The bank toled me they could do nothing and I was SOL. I called the so called Grant people back and was toled that all I need to do is send back the booklet and they would refund my money. Well never got the booklet and I am still getting the run arround about my money. They promiss me every time I call we sent you the leter. The people all sount like they are from other countrys and all have names like Jeff or you name it they have pulled it from the Bible. I dont know what to do to get any further we have been denyed from my bank for the money to get put back.
