Charged account after asked to stop services

Complaint:
I asked Credit Attorney not to bill my account again on July 24 because they have never performed ANY services for me due to inability to obtain credit reports and get them to the Credit Attorney.
On July 27 they billed my account anyways, causeing my account to be over drawn and costing me $60 so far in bank fees.
