Ripoff fraudulent billing dishonest theft

This company claimed that i deposited a $2.50 check in my bank account, which i never did and the bank has no record of it either, that gave them the right to sign me up for their services at $119.99 a year and charged my debit card without my permission. Ive never heard of this company before so i called the phone number on my bank statement. They proceeded to give me the run-around for about 45 minutes and nobody i spoke with could explain to me why i was charged without my permission.

Pc safety plus then said they would refund me the $119.99 but that it would take 15 days to show up in my account.

After more talking they knocked it down to 2 or 3 days and when asked about the $33.00 overdraft fee they caused with my account they said i would have to fax papers to their corporate office at the support services.

This happened today on july 12 and my card was charged on july 11. I am going to call my bank saturday morning and check to see if they refunded my money.
