Never recieved card will not refund! Ripped off abused & mistreated

I first ordered the card in Oct. Of I never recieved anything. I've been trying to get a refund since Feb. When I spoke to a "supervisor" named Lisa. She told me I would get the refund in 30 days... Yeah RIGHT. 5 weeks later, I was told that Lisa did not put my refund through, and she no longer works there! And now (4 weeks ago) I have to send in Proof of debit to Carson City, then I would get my refund in 14 days. A week ago I called to ask why I had not recieved my refund. I was told "well they recieved your proof of debit on April 30 (2 weeks after I sent it), as of April 26 we have a new policy." AHHHHH!!! They said I have to return the "packet" and then I would get my refund. I told them that I never recieved a packet, and I got a ridiculus answer " well, we have to send you one so that you can return it" OMG!!! I was on hold for a manager for 15 min. When I had to leave. That was 2 days ago, now all I get is that damn high call volume crap! I've left my # 3 times no one has called me back. HOW is this legal?! ALL I want is my $150.00 back! I wish I had come here before I got ripped off. I also had the problems with E-Phone, but my bank got my money back. This company sucks! They are evil! And they know what they are doing. If someone reading this works for them... Your are working for an evil, manipulative, crappy company! If any one out there has ANY suggestions please post them! Thank you for letting me vent.
