Ripoffs, liars, and thieves that stole my money

I recieved a telephone call from BUYERS UNION on 12/6@3:49pm
from an agent who told me that I was qualified for 600.00 in free
gas vouchers.

All I had to do was look over some buyers union material that was going to be delivered UPS and pay 3.95 for shipping and handling charges to the UPS driver when he arrived.

They told me that I had 30 days to look over the materials along
with CALL ONE materials that they charged 3.95 shipping and handling charges to me as well.

That agent told me that they needed my checking account number on file so if I decided to keep the packet of materials and use them that they would debit my account 119.90 for an annual membership fee.

Well on December 6 my checking account was debited 119.90
along with 3.95 for shipping and handling for the packet and debited again 3.95 for the call one packet that I had not even recieved.

Guess what, I never recieved the Gas vouchers, the UPS truck never delivered the packet. I finally recieved the packet in the mail after 30 days had passed by.

I've called them many times which I have documented each time and asked for a refund. They refuse to refund my money. They even went as far as to send me an authorization form for me to fill out for a refund. I did and sent it back in and still have
not recieved my money.

I hope this will grab the attention of a lawer so a class action
lawsuit can be filed because I feel like more people like me have been ripped off by this company.

As of today 7 I have not recieved my money and they ripped me off right at christmas time and made my account overdraft when I had 6 children to buy for at christmas.
