I have been trying to log on line with this company, but cannot do so to monitor my bill due to I have to have a current credit card with the 3 digit number on the back for security purposes. All I want to do is monitor my bill and be able to pay on line and they do not seem to want to talk. One letter I received was signed by Joel D. Amey, Capital One FSB and no one knows who this person is. Any assistance by you will be greatful. If they do not want to respond to you, then I don't owe them anything.
