Well Bank of America has done this several times to me. They hold some of your transactions until you are just below the amount you have left in your account. Then Wham! Overdraft. They "ARE VERY CRAFTY IN THE WAY THAT THEY DO IT!"

Example: If you have 500.00 in your account on monday. 300.00 on shoping 100.00 on food, 50.00 at the gas station on tuesday. These items show up right away. Thursday you spend another 30.00 on gas at the same station. You never see it charged to your account until you accidently spend over 21.00 than whammo! Overdraft. I call it holding. Yes, you should not have spent more than 20.00 but the practice is very fishey to me.

They are in the scam mode if your asking me. Just waiting for you to screw up so they can get the extra money. Its a crapy thing to do. Waiting in the wings to pounce your account.
