Continuous phone calls ripoff

I continue to receive phone calls from NCO seeking an individual with the same name as me. I have told them over the phone and in writing that I am NOT the individual they are seeking. Our social security numbers and dates of birth do not match! However, I continue to receive these annoying calls. I have recently written to company president Michael J. Barrist. I expect him to resolve this once and for all.
