Caused over 300.00 in bounced check charges after taking 159.95 out of his account ripoff

Edpreporting charged an unauthorized 159.95 to checking account causing authorized checks to bounce at 30.00 a check-this in turn made him further overdrawn and checks returned 2 and 3 times. Unable to contact edpreoerting to find out what value received for 159.00-after being on hold for half hour they said no one available to speak to and to contact them by email-did this -never replied back-so here we are -good credit probably ruined - hours spent at bank closing account and authorizing fraud investigation, out at this time over 300.00 and one big mess to sort out-this company is a scam and a very smart one - they need to be shut down and put in jail
