Monthly Withdrawals Cause Overdraft, Conflicting Balance Answers

Every month they take money out of my account, causing it to overdraft. When I called up there to check on my account, they told me that I have an overdraft fee. They lied and said that I had enough money in the account, but then when I called back up there, they said I had insufficient funds. I tired of this bank taking my money, they're crooks! Please help me get my money back in my account!
