MBNA ripoff sold account I settled and they will not remove from credit report

I have paid a settlment to mbna for 4,100.00 and they sold the account to calvary and they will not remove from credit i have all my payment information in which payments were made to mbna and have sent this information consisitly to csc. And calvary is stating i still owe the money which i do not. Therefore i cannot get credit or financing for anything. (ror redacted competitior's name) and others had told me if that was not on my credit i could get financing for anything. They are really hindering my credit and that is the only thing on my credit that is hindering me from having good credit status. I am going to write them and if they do not remove from my credit i am going to take legal action.
