Credit managers ripoff fraudulent charges

My credit card statement says i have been charged 9.95 for the last four months twice a month. I called cic they wanted ssn cc# bank account #. I refused. They said an account with your name doesnt exist. Bah this is also experian??? Attorney generals need to stop this company immediately.
