About a month ago I told him to hold on with the transaction of $199. I have summer school and I was overwhelmed by it. I guess I was not clear enough when I said I am interested don't get me wrong but I want you not! To charge me until summer school is over that way I could get on with the license. He charged it anyway... That's $199 dollars that I could have used for books. I have a reg job not a really cash flow job but it does get me through. I contacted the refund department but they said I needed to fax a letter to them just asking for a refund. My question is how long will this take??? Also is this the right thing to do? Regarding the fax
