I was contacted by the reginal vp. He didnt mention the name primerica on the phone. We conducted an interview. Everything was great until...

About a month ago i told him to hold on with the trasaction of $199. I have summer school and i was overwhelmed by it. I guess i was not clear enough when i said i am interested dont get me wrong but i want you not! To charge me until summer school is over that way i could get on with the liscence. He charged it anyway... Thats $199 dollars that i could have used for books. I have a reg job not a really cash flow job but it does get me through. I contacted the refund department but they said i needed to fax a letter to them just asking for a refund. My question is how long will this take??? Also is this the right thing to do? Regarding the fax
