Secret Set of books

I used to use First Convienence Bank and was charged an overdraft fee, yet my 2 different balances given online never showed a negative balance. They have an account balance, and an available balance online. I then called only to find out they have yet ANOTHER set of books. I was NOT allowed to see this SECRET set of books which they base their overdraft fees on.

I was told I overdrafted by 20 cents because of a purchase on my debit card, yet online I did not overdraft. This is a scam. Any business with a SECRET set of books is not worth doing business with. If you have an account with First Convinence Bank I suggest you change banks.

Another issue I had was they would hold my deposits of my payroll checks for days, unless I cashed the check, then deposited cash. When they discovered what I was doing they REFUSED cash depsoits. Yes thats correct First Convienence Bank REFUSES CASH DEPOSITS!

So I would drive to another location and deposit the cash. I could not deposit the cash from a check I cashed, at the same location where I cashed the check. And they try and claim this is convienent. I have since changed to Chase bank which makes my money available IMMEDIATELY upon my depositing my payroll check. There is NO HOLD at all. First Convienence Bank is a RIP OFF!!!
