Overdraft and Returned Check Fees After Payroll Check Cleared

Bank charged overdraft fees return check fees after check cleared. Waited a week to say check could not be processed the account did not exist. It was a payroll check so they wasted my time as well as my employers when we had to go down to the bank and verify the check was good.

They stopped our debit cards and we had no access to our account.
