Bank of America Refuses to Enforce Secure Check Cashing Policies

A check was issued to myself and two other individuals. Bank of America has stated that all three individuals must be present with IDs to cash the check. However, Bank of America allowed this check to be cashed via ATM with only one signature. I brought this matter to their attention with a copy of the cashed check. Bank of America flat out refused to even look into the matter and said, "Sorry, we don't check the signatures of checks cashed in the ATMs." Wow, that's scary as that means anyone can easily grab a check and cash it without any penalty. I tried to remind Bank of America of their own check cashing policy and how the whole point of three names on a check is to prevent one person from taking all the money, but they didn't care. They just brushed me off.
