Aol keeps billing every month when they have been cancelled and called every time my parents get their phone bill!
They still have not cancelled the account after many months. Their long distance sister company talk america, is still trying to say we owe them and that we signed up for their service by cashing a b.S. Redemtion check that i had never even seen let alome cashed!
I told them that if i cashed this so called check that they send me the copy of it to see if it was signed by somebody to try to prove it never happened.
Well, they sent my a copy of a redemtion check that had the markings of being deposited in a bank but on no part of this check was there a signature of me, or anybody esle for that matter, that would have had to be there for it to have been cashed.
It looks to me liked they just sent my a made up copy of something to say see, here it is.
You must have just forgot you cashed this. Now you owe us money! I had never see this document before let alone cashed (or deposited) it!!!
As a matter of fact, i do not even have a bank account to deposit this damned check into!
It is all b.S. And i can not seem to get anywhere by talking to any of them.
Aol keeps billing my parents phone every month and talk america is now leaving recorded messages on their answering machine.
Something has got to be done and i'm at a stand still! It isn't fair! And, it can't just be me they have done this with!
