Ripoff dishonest heartless bullies making their own rules

I don't know where to begin with this company. They bought my mortgage from another company, they have been miserable to deal with ever since.

They have gone so far as to yell at my 15 year old son on the phone, he was 14 then. One time while he was in band practice. Another time while at home.

They told him to havg up his other call unless he wanted his parents to lose their house. I requested a copy of my contract as they bought it, i only got a select few, and was charged 15$

I have a stress seizure disorder, and they have it on file, they say. They know they are to deal with my husband, because they get so rude i end up very sick and seized out.

They want my payment the first day of the month, or i'm late with late fees. I paid check by phone a few times. I was told it would take a one time extra 10$ fee to set that up.

I found out later they were charging that 10$ one charge fee every other time. Now i have asked for written proof that we used our extention this year. So i wrote them a letter.

They left me a message letting me know that i have to call the office to get any answers, there will be no correspondence by mail. I made 7 payments in 6 months. Where did i use the extention this year?

They continually change the person in charge of my account, and the ones who seem to be halfway decent and can work with me, are now no longer there.

They keep changing their policy on requests or correspondence, one time is, you have to submit everything in writting. Now, we have to call them because they don't take written correspondence.

What can be done? They are pushing me to a nervous breakdown.
