RUDE Heartless Predators Won't let you get a word in Ripoff

My mortgage was aquired by Vanderbilt. I did NOT SIGN a contract with these people, they bought my mortgage. My husband has serious health issues and most months the mortgage payment is left on my shoulders. With very little income, I always manage to make my payments to these people, though it's not always within the first week of every month. But, OH BOY, lookout if it's made at the end of every month. You are verbally harassed by these people. They threaten you with foreclosure and it seems they call you everyday.

I work in the mortgage department of a financial institution and have always known it to be customary that you received written notice after 90 days of being delinquent. But not according to Vanderbilt. They want to take your home away after 15 days. I even had a guy from their company ask me when I was going to pack up my things and move out so they could come and take my house.

Now mind you, according to my credit report, my mortgage has never reported out as being late. (Has to be 30 days to report)
So how can they harass people the way they do?
