Ripoff

I have had a Citibank Checking account since 1995 with a direct deposit. Supposidly direct deposit accounts are service charge free, yet I am and have been for some time charged a $15.00 per month service charge. Why should old customers bankroll new account benefits. I am changing to a bank where I hope to be treated fairly.
