Over the past year, I have lost hundreds of dollars because of Wachovia Banks practice of stealing money by claiming that they clear larger items first. I have also experienced Wachovia's practice of allowing a debit transaction to clear at the purchase point, but later charging a $38.00 fee for each transaction because the bank says they always clear larger items first.

I have gone in person to the bank to discuss the issue with clerks who say that they don't understand themselves how Wachovia processes these transactions. The clerks have been much more helpful than the manager who says that he has done me a favor by charging all these fees and later accusing me of not handling my account well. I told him that the bank is stealing and stealing at any level is criminal.

I am a teacher who is only paid once a month. I once had thirty percent of my check taken at a time due to Wachovia's maliciously criminal practices.

I would like my name to be added to a class action suit against Wachovia.
