I have been charged NSF fees!!! When I actually had the monies in my account. When you use your Wachovia Check card to make a purchase the amount of the purchase is placed on hold. And when the receipt from the merchant is presented to Wachovia the amount is paid. This is what wachovia claims to do but what they really do and how they steal your money is when a purchase is made with your check card the money is placed on hold and the hold is not really a hold because when you call in to check your balance over the phone and or check you account online the money is still available. So you as the consumer have no idea what your actually balances since wachovia is reported inaccurate information to you. FUTHERMORE YOU ARE THEN CHARGED DOUBLE NSF FEES FOR WHEN YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE AND THE MONEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN WHEN THE MERCHANT RECEIPT IS PRESENTED WHEN THE MONEY WAS SUPOSSED TO BE ON HOLD BUT REALLY WASNT.

I hope this is clear because i am in such a rage!!! I wish their was some way to file a class action suit against this bank for stealing from their customers. Commerce bank, i also have an account with does not do this. When a purchase is made the money is immediately held no longer made available to get nsf fees. Please someone help me!!! I do believe there are millions of wachovia customers that will be willing to pursue this in a class action suit.
