Is rip-off broke agreement and stole my money Brandon

Asset acceptance bought an old debt from 2001. The got a judgment for $5700 by defalt. They now say i owe them $8700. I talked to them on the phone and came to an agreement of $8000 to clear this up 10% down ($800) and $100 a month until the debt is cleared. They told me it would reflect on credit.

I paid $800 and they did not post it to my account. They show that i have paid nothing, this was 12-28 i have the ck. On 3-20 they got a garnishment on my bank account for $8700 the orginal ammount. As well as they are misreprting to the credit bureau. Does any one know a good attorney in the Tampa, Fl. Area? What are my rights to fight a judgment?
