Asset Acceptance - LLC Debt Collection
Collector Claims $2868 Castle Credit Debt From 1989

I got a letter today from Asset Acceptance LLC that states they bought an outstanding debt from Castle Credit. They say that I owe $2868 from 1989. When I called Asset Acceptance they said the debt was on my credit report and I have to pay them the money when I said it was not my debt they got rude and didn't want to talk to me any more I do not owe this debt and besides it is 20 years old and even if I did, I live in Indiana and the statute of limitations is 10 years on any loan. If anyone has to deal with either company get a lawyer that is what I am going to do.
