Ripoff over the phone about recieving free grant money Lexsorest

Copmany called via-phone to say i had won a free some of grant money. And they needed to verify some info asked for my account #, last 4 of my social and my routing # the operator insisted that nothing would come out of my account. I repestdly said do not take anything out of my account immediately i went to my bank to file and arch debit cancellation. Unfortunately they were still able to remove 249.95 dolllars out of my account. I went back to my bank to report the incident as fraud. And i am now filing this report and i have contacted them and the comapny keeps hanging up in my facs so i know that they are afraud i need more info to proceed to shut them down.
