What I did to get my all 149.95 back. Ripoff

I went online one day and found USA credit, thought i'd apply since ive been trying to get my credit stable. Front Page, No Membership Fee, along with all the great stuff in their advertizment.

When I found out, too late, that my account was going to be charged 149.95, I immediately called my bank, notified them, and they told me to wait to see what happened. Well, sure enough my account was charged the 149.95, a membership fee, I did not authorize. I filled out a dispute form at the bank, they said to contact the BBB.

Well, this is what I did, and I'm glad I did it.
Call 1-800-685-9354, you will be sent to a person who will try to tell you that their will be a 35$ charge for refund, tell them no, unexceptable. You will be then transferred to a Manager, Once you speak she will waive the 35$ fee and the whole 149.95 will then be transferred back to you account in 3-5 days.

I hope this will help someone who was as stuck as I was, a step-by-step know how of what to do, be careful out there.
