CIC Credit Monitoring ripoff Unauthorized Billing Fraudulent Company

I signed up for a free credit report, and was never informed that I had been unwillingly signed up for a credit monitoring service (Whatever the hell that is). They never sent me a receipt, login, or really any info on this so called service I apparently signed up for. I just happened to be balancing my checkbook, and CIC*Credit Monitoring 800-2202626 CA came up as a charge. I thought that was pretty strange, so I googled the charge, and this site popped up with all the info. I went ahead and gave them a call to ask for them to reverse the charge. They told me that they don't give refunds. I then told them that they were commiting credit card fraud, and that I expect them to immediatly remove my membership and will be expecting my money back. I also asked If they could tell me their name, or give me some sort of identification number. He told me they don't do that. My next step was to go to the bank and ask to do a chargeback. I filled out that form have to wait a week to see what happens. The next step will be filling charges of fraud. Now today I open up my online banking, and what do I see CIC*CREDIT REPO 9.95. I went ahead and called them again, and they told me they are having scheduled maintenence. Hmmm.
