Ripoff? FRAUD, Buffalo, New York

My Husband recieved a call from this company about a month and a half ago, statign that he would be approved for a credit card with a limit of $2000 and the only thign he needed to do was pay a fee of $199.

When he told me that, I was suspicious of the whole thing. The next day, I looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau Website and found that they had an unsatisfactory record.

I told him that he should cancel. He called about 10 times and left voicemail messages to cancel the approval.

We did not recieve a call. About 3 weeks later, they had debited my husband's account the $199. Again we called and could not get through because the voicemail box was full. I found other telephone number and 3 of the 6 numbers worked.

And of those 3, it was either a voicemal system or noone picked up the line. When we finally got a real person. They told us to fax a letter stating we wanted to cancel the account. Did that.

They said the money should be back in the account with in 5 business days. Called back, they said 10 business days. Called again, they said the card was already sent out. Still have not recieved a card.

Don't want the card, we want our money back. They pass you around to different people and tell you things to just try to get you off their case. We have already filed a complaint with the FTC and Better Business Bureau.

If you are victim to this, file a complaint now. Run these people out of business!
