Ripoff collects payment without delivering products or refund

Business & Finance

The company advertises work at home programs, one of which is assembling toys at home. I was asked to pay an enrollment fee of $50.00 and a sample of the toy (car) was sent to me for assembly.

I was instructed to complete the assembly and place an order. I ordered 800 toys at a cost of $190.00. I have not received the promised toys or my refund.

I wrote to the company and in their reply they stated that there was a delay in the shipment of the toys. I waited for some time and contacted them again and they agreed to give me a refund after 30 days. This period has expired and they are no longer answering the phone or replying my emails. Their phone mailbox is always full.

The name of one of the people I was able to get hold of was Monica Grace and she signed all the emails send to me.
